hybrid practice

I meet with Ontario-based adults (aged 18+) virtually.

I offer in-person sessions in downtown Toronto (Yonge & Bloor).

fees

My rate is $120 per 50 minute session, payable by e-transfer prior to each session.

OHIP does not cover psychotherapy fees, but some insurance companies do. If you have extended health benefits, please check with your provider to see if a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and/or Registered Psychotherapist is covered under your plan.  I provide receipts following each session.

late cancellation and missed appointments policy

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Where a session is missed or cancelled within 24 hours of our scheduled meeting time, the full session fee is owing.

release of clinical records

With your written consent or if served with a court order, I will release a copy of your clinical record to you, subject to a fee of $30 plus $0.35 per page after 20 pages. If served with a Summons accompanied by the fees required by the rules of court, I will attend court with my clinical record and will answer questions about the file as required by the court.

If we both agree, I will provide a letter that summarizes your clinical record upon payment of an agreed sum. I do not provide reports, letters, or verbal opinions in relation to court or insurance matters.

I am of settler ancestry, living and working in Tkaronto/Toronto.

Tkaronto/Toronto is located on the Treaty Lands and Territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit and the traditional territory of the Anishinaabe, the Wendat, and the Haudenosaunee.

It is within the lands protected by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, an agreement to peaceably share and care for the Great Lakes region and its resources.

Today, Tkaronto/Toronto is home to many First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples from across Turtle Island.
