I support my clients in cultivating resilience, authenticity,  and increased capacity for choice in life’s tough moments.

Whether you’re feeling caught in old patterns or facing new challenges, I offer support in navigating the waves of life and how they manifest in your thoughts, feelings, and physicality.

I offer the time you need to find your ground, and support to navigate what comes next.

my approach

If you’re anything like me, you’re looking for someone to really listen. My approach to embodied relational therapy acknowledges that we're meeting as two human beings, each with beating hearts and active nervous systems. I’ve learned to listen and respond with my whole body.

My approach is rooted in gestalt psychotherapy. Gestalt therapy follows a health-affirming model: everything we do is in the interest of being in meaningful connection with those around us. We are always doing the best we can with the support we have.

I’ve seen how change happens organically once we accept things as they are. Rather than focusing on what could be, I’ll invite you to stay with what is.  Nurturing this awareness and acceptance requires care and support —this isn't work you have to do alone.

My approach is non-hierarchical, non-pathologizing, and trauma-informed. I meet my clients with warmth and humility.  I integrate theories from yoga, meditation, and other embodiment practices, as well as developmental psychology and attachment theories, mindfulness principles, and client-centered modalities.

Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.
