My first experience of gestalt was as a client. In therapy I discovered a new sense of support in being seen for who I really am, and my time in gestalt communities continues to infuse an aliveness into how I engage with the world.
Before training to be a psychotherapist, I spent many years working in the finance and healthcare sectors. I've pursued formal training in yoga and meditation, and these practices have supported me in including my embodied process in my own personal work. I'm a lifelong student and am committed to my ongoing evolution as a therapist, community member, and citizen.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario ("CRPO"), registration number 12164. I graduated from the Gestalt Institute of Toronto's Five Year Training Program in Gestalt Psychotherapy, and abide by the CRPO's Code of Ethics. I'm a member of the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy and the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists.
