Hi there, I'm Mollie (she/her).

Important Update

I'm currently on leave from my practice.

I'll be resuming work with new clients in March 2026.

my approach

If you’re anything like me, you’re looking for someone to truly listen.

My approach to therapy is embodied and relational, acknowledging that we are meeting as two human beings with beating hearts and active nervous systems. I aim to listen and respond with my whole body, creating a space where you can feel genuinely seen and supported.

My work is rooted in Gestalt therapy, a holistic approach that honors the relationship between your mind, body, emotions, and environment. I integrate approaches from developmental psychology, attachment theory, mindfulness, embodiment practices, and other client-centered modalities.

I practice in a non-hierarchical, non-pathologizing, and trauma-informed way, and meet clients with warmth and humility.

more about gestalt therapy

Gestalt therapy is more than just talking. I'll invite you to slow down and pay attention to your thoughts, feelings, and body sensations in the here and now.  Together, we'll notice what’s happening beneath the surface and explore how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you. This process can open the door to greater awareness, authenticity, and choice.

As we work together, we might look at how old patterns or unfinished experiences still shape your life today. By bringing gentle awareness to these places, new understanding and possibility begin to emerge.

One of Gestalt's guiding principles, the paradoxical theory of change, reminds us that change happens not through striving, but through acceptance. When we can stay with things as they are, new possibilities naturally unfold.

At its heart, Gestalt therapy isn’t about fixing what feels broken, but about reconnecting with your natural vitality, creativity, and freedom to choose.

This work takes care and support. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.

Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.

I am of settler ancestry, living and working in Tkaronto/Toronto.

Tkaronto/Toronto is located on the Treaty Lands and Territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit and the traditional territory of the Anishinaabe, the Wendat, and the Haudenosaunee.  It is within the lands protected by the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, an agreement to peaceably share and care for the Great Lakes region and its resources.

Today, Tkaronto/Toronto is home to many First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples from across Turtle Island.

I hold gratitude for the land that sustains us and

aim to nurture relationships rooted in respect, reciprocity, and care.
